Change is good

Feel alive

  #respecttheoldseekoutthenew2022 “Always find time for the things that make you feel happy and alive.” Another year has come to an end, and of course, it was another interesting one. Throughout the year, I continued battling some health issues that began back in 2019. I seeked help from various health and wellness professionals, I did many different tests and I tried several strategies with the hopes that I would feel better soon. As the months progressed though, I realized that I wasn’t quite getting to the root cause of the problem. The main breakthrough occured when I visited a hypnotherapist; I began digging into my past, facing some unresolved issues, dealing with several insecurities, exploring things that cause me anxiety, doing lots of reflecting and basically just working on myself. I have been learning to look past some of my insecurities, to manage my anxiety and even more, to stay true to myself, mostly by making choices that suit my needs and wants…and that make me feel h
